'As a reminder, due to new state requirements, face masks /coverings are required to be worn while inside Gino's Ristorante unless seated and dining. Because it is a health order, if Gino's allows customers in without proper coverage, or customers are moving about within the restaurant without proper coverage, we could potentially be closed down. Please wear proper face coverings at all times unless seated and dining.
We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Orders may still be placed in person, over the phone, or online.

As of Sunday August 9th, due to ongoing supply chain issues, some items may be limited in quantity or unavailable. As soon as this changes we will remove notices on our main page. We appreciate your understanding.
We would like to start off by saying that all of us here at Gino's are extremely grateful to our customers throughout this turbulent year. Without you and your continued support, your kind words of encouragement, we would most likely not be open to serve you today. So again, THANK YOU.
We at Gino's have elected to remain at our 50% dining capacity to help maintain proper social distancing, to help reduce the chances of contraction of COVID-19. Tables are meticulously cleaned between customers to the best of our ability.
We may close earlier than we did before, but we are still here long after the ovens and grills have turned off. We are committed to performing a deep clean and sanitation EVERY night by performing our 'new normal' routine of cleaning and now spraying down all surfaces with sanitizer solutions. This two step cleaning process every night makes sure that we keep everyone safe and healthy to the best of our ability, whether it is in our dining area or in our kitchen.
We would like to remind everyone that we continue to offer delivery and curbside pick-up to reduce contact in restaurant.
As always, we still offer carryout orders as well. If you do not have a mask or are unable to wear one, we do offer to bring your order outside to you.
Please do not enter the premises if you do not have a mask, have any symptoms or have come in contact with anyone that is symptomatic or tested positive for coronavirus.

Beginning June 5th, Virginia will enter 'phase two' of reopening, allowing restaurants to seat indoor dine-in customers at 50% capacity while maintaining social distancing etiquette. Face masks are still required, except while eating. We are asked to remind customers "that no one that has a fever or COVID-19 symptoms, or recent exposure, is allowed to enter"
Continuing with our current directives, we clean high surface contact areas frequently, and will clean after each individual use of seating areas.
No communal use of condiments, etc. and we are offering plasticware in substitution of silverware when requested.
We continue to keep the highest standards of personal hygiene by frequently washing hands and keeping each other accountable for proper hygiene standards. You can learn more about this below.
We continue to be extremely grateful to our customers for their patronage with us, and all of us here at Gino's are excited to be able to serve you and spend time with our customers again! We hope to see you soon!

As Virginia enters 'phase one' of the governor's plan to reopen on Friday May 15th, Virginia restaurants may only offer table service if they have outdoor seating and they only seat 50% capacity of the patio.
Since Gino's does not have a patio dining area, our policies still remain the same with services only for carryout or delivery.
We wish to extend our deepest gratitude to our community for your continued patronage and support, we look forward to serving you in our dining area as soon as we can. As always, everyone please stay safe and we hope to see you soon!

On May 8th, the Governor announced plans for 'Phase 1' of reopening businesses. The impact for restaurants was "Currently, restaurants are open for takeout and delivery only. In Phase One, takeout and delivery will continue; however, outdoor seating will be allowed open at 50% capacity." Right now, Virginia will enter Phase One on May 15, unless current trends change, according to the governor.
Since Gino's does not have outdoor patio dining, there is NO CHANGE to Gino's policies at this time.

All of us here at Gino's take the health of our customers, community & employees very seriously, every day. We understand the concern and uncertainty about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and are monitoring the latest news. We want to take time to address the additional steps we at Gino's intend to take.
- We adhere to a very strict hygiene standard both in our kitchen and in our dining area. We do however plan to be even more diligent and mindful of food preparation and handling, dining areas and overall sanitation.
- Back in our kitchen we have two sinks dedicated strictly to personal hygiene (washing hands and arms)
We intend to hold ourselves and each other accountable to frequently washing hands more than usual, both kitchen staff and servers.
- We use a recommended bleach to hot water ratio for our cleaning cloths for the dining area and change the water twice a day. We intend to change the water more frequently as an extra precaution. As always, guests can request a booth to be more thoroughly wiped down if they feel concerned.
All of our cooking equipment and dining-ware is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized constantly throughout the day. We will be more vigilant in cleaning as needed.
- Our air duct system was recently cleaned and was reported functioning optimally, which should give proper air flow.
- Employees have been briefed on health concerns and that anyone with even a mild cough and/or fever (100.4F or more) needs to stay at home.
Help Prevent the Spread of Illnesses
1. Stay home if you are sick. Avoid close contact with others and seek medical treatment if necessary. If you have a fever, do not go out in public until you are fever-free for at least 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medications. Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
2. Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer if soap and water are not available.
3. Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze. Put your used tissue in a wastebasket. If you don't have a tissue, cough or sneeze into your upper sleeve.
4. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
As always we will do our best to give our customers a pleasant and clean visit, as your health and safety remains a top priority to us. We will continue to monitor this quickly evolving situation and act accordingly as suggested by local and federal officials. We wish everyone well, stay healthy and safe!
